Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the GuidedMind Hypnosis online shop at guidedmindhypnosis.com (the "Shop") and are also the service regulations required by Polish law on the electronic provision of services. Please read them before you buy. You can save or print this page at any time.

1. Who we are

The Shop is run by Mateusz Sury, a sole trader registered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG):

In these Terms "we", "us" and "our" mean the seller above, and "you" means the person using the Shop.

2. Definitions

  • Recording – a digital audio file (guided hypnosis, relaxation or meditation session) offered in the Shop.
  • Digital content – the Recordings and any accompanying text or images.
  • Account – your user account in the Shop.
  • Library – the part of your Account where your purchased Recordings are available.
  • Consumer – a natural person buying for purposes unrelated to their business or profession.
  • Sole trader with consumer rights – a natural person running a business who buys for purposes not of a professional nature for that business, as shown in particular by the business activity recorded in CEIDG.

3. What the Shop offers

  1. We sell Recordings as digital content supplied electronically. Nothing is shipped physically.
  2. Free services provided electronically: browsing the Shop, the Account, the Library and web player, a wish list, product reviews and the contact form.
  3. The Recordings are narrated with an AI-generated voice and produced with the help of AI tools, then reviewed by us. Each product page and file states this.

4. Health and safety

  1. The Recordings are intended for relaxation and personal development. They are not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment and do not replace professional help. We do not promise any particular result.
  2. Never listen while driving, operating machinery or doing anything that requires your full attention.
  3. If you have epilepsy, a psychotic or dissociative disorder, severe depression, are pregnant with complications, or are under medical care for a mental health condition, consult your doctor before listening.
  4. You stay in control during every session and can open your eyes and stop at any moment.
  5. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services (112 in the EU) instead of using the Recordings.

5. Technical requirements and safe use

  1. To use the Shop you need an internet connection, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an e-mail address. Recordings are MP3 files that play on common devices.
  2. You may not post unlawful content (for example in reviews) or interfere with the Shop's operation.
  3. Using any online service carries risks such as malware or unauthorised access to your device or account. Keep your password confidential and your software up to date.

6. Account

  1. Creating an Account is free and optional; you can also buy as a guest. You conclude the contract for the Account when you complete registration, for an indefinite period.
  2. You must be at least 18 years old to buy, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  3. You can delete your Account at any time in Account settings or by writing to us. Deleting the Account ends the Account contract and removes access to the Library, so download your Recordings first.
  4. We may suspend or close an Account that is used in breach of these Terms after telling you why, unless the law requires immediate action.

7. Prices and payment

  1. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are final prices including taxes where applicable. The price you pay is the one shown in your cart at checkout.
  2. If a product is on sale we also show the lowest price from the 30 days before the reduction.
  3. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We do not receive or store your card details.
  4. The contract of sale is concluded when the payment is confirmed. We confirm the order, including these Terms and your declarations, by e-mail.

8. Delivery of Recordings

  1. Recordings are made available immediately after the payment is confirmed: in your Library (if you have an Account) and through a personal download link sent by e-mail.
  2. Guest download links are valid for at least 30 days. Recordings in your Library remain available for as long as your Account exists.

9. Your licence

  1. When you buy a Recording you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it and listen to it for your own personal, non-commercial use, on your own devices, without time limit.
  2. You may not resell, share, publish, broadcast, upload to other services or otherwise distribute the Recordings, or use them to train AI models.

10. Right of withdrawal

  1. A Consumer and a Sole trader with consumer rights may withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days of concluding it, without giving any reason.
  2. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal ends once supply has started if, before it started, you expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged that you would thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). At checkout we ask for this request and acknowledgement in a separate checkbox, and we confirm both in the order e-mail.
  3. If the right of withdrawal still applies, send a clear statement to [email protected] or to our postal address before the deadline, for example using the model withdrawal form. We refund the payment within 14 days using the same payment method, at no cost to you.

11. Complaints and conformity of digital content

  1. We are responsible for the Recordings being in conformity with the contract when supplied, in accordance with Chapter 5b of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
  2. If a Recording does not play, is incomplete or differs from its description, write to [email protected] describing the problem. We reply within 14 days; if we do not, the complaint is deemed accepted.
  3. If the Recording is not in conformity, you may demand that we bring it into conformity (for example by supplying a correct file). If that is impossible, fails or would be disproportionately costly, you may demand a price reduction or withdraw from the contract and receive a refund.
  4. Complaints about the free services (Account, player, reviews) can be sent the same way and are answered within 14 days.

12. Out-of-court dispute resolution

If we cannot resolve a dispute, a Consumer may use free out-of-court procedures, for example the help of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or mediation or a consumer arbitration court at the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection (WIIH). Information is available at uokik.gov.pl. Using them is voluntary for both sides.

13. Reviews

You may review Recordings you bought. Reviews must be honest and lawful. We may remove reviews that are unlawful or unrelated to the product. We do not pay for reviews and we publish all genuine reviews, positive and negative, subject to this section.

14. Liability

We are not liable for results expected from listening to the Recordings or for use contrary to section 4. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability towards Consumers where the law does not allow it, or your statutory rights.

15. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms for important reasons such as changes in the law, in our services or in payment methods. We will publish the new version and notify Account holders by e-mail at least 14 days before it takes effect. Orders placed before the change are governed by the Terms in force when they were placed. You may delete your Account if you do not accept the change.

17. Final provisions

  1. These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a Consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you habitually reside.
  2. Disputes with Consumers are resolved by the courts having jurisdiction under general rules.
  3. These Terms take effect on 27 October 2026.
