How the sessions are made
GuidedMind Hypnosis is a small shop run by one person, Mateusz Sury, a sole trader in Poland. This page explains plainly how each session comes to be, including the parts done with AI, so you know what you are listening to.
From script to your headphones
Every session goes through the same five steps, in this order.
-
The script
Each script is written with the help of AI tools, following established hypnotherapy technique: a gentle induction, deepening, suggestions written for one clear goal, and a careful emergence back to full alertness (or a slow drift into sleep for the sleep sessions). The structure, the pacing and the rules for wording come from that tradition, not from the tools.
-
The voice
The narration is an AI voice. It is chosen for a calm, even tone and paced slowly, with long pauses where a hypnotist would leave them. A synthetic voice lets a one-person shop make consistent recordings at a fair price. The footer of every page says so too.
-
The music
A quiet ambient score sits under the voice. It is mixed low, so it settles the room without competing with the words.
-
A person listens to all of it
Before release, every session is listened to from start to finish by a person, and either approved or sent back to be fixed. Nothing goes into the shop straight from a machine.
-
Release, with a sample
Approved sessions appear in the shop with a short sample, so you can hear the voice and the pace before you buy.
What the sessions are, and are not
They are recordings for relaxation and personal change: help with falling asleep, settling a busy mind, or practising a calmer, more confident way of thinking.
They are not therapy, and they are not made by a licensed clinical hypnotherapist. They do not replace medical or psychological care, and no recording can promise a result.
If you have epilepsy, a psychiatric condition or are under psychiatric care, please ask your doctor before listening. The questions and answers cover safety in more detail.
